What services do you offer?

Who do you work with?

I work with small businesses, charities and large corporate clients. I have worked with businesses close to home, and further afield with a client located in Denmark. I enjoy working with purpose-driven businesses that have environmental or charitable values, as well as lifestyle businesses.

What are your qualifications?

I have a First-Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and Marketing from Ulster University. I also have qualifications from Google, passed the Marketing Institute of Ireland Qualified Marketer Exam, and am a Digital Marketing Institute Certified Digital Marketing Professional.

How can I help you?

I can help you grow and understand your audience, develop your marketing strategy, create valuable and engaging content that converts. My services also include design, research, engagement, and training. I am, also, happy to offer extra services such as virtual assistance and administrative tasks.

Do you work with websites?

I can work with websites on a case by case business. I am familiar with Elementor on WordPress and can manage websites run using these programmes. I am happy to expand my knowledge and hope to do so, I can create mockups and content for websites, also.

How are your services priced?

My services are priced on a project basis. If you would like to request my pricing, contact me via email or DM. Some of my services are bespoke, I have a pricing model which ensures you get the best price on package and bundle services

How do you manage privacy?

I store all client data on my password-protected laptop. I do not upload confidential information to the cloud and delete this when it is no longer needed. To ensure accounts are kept secure I regularly update my passwords, encrypt documents, run regular anti-virus scans to ensure security, and only use secure networks and sites.

Can I see examples of your work and testimonials?

Of course! To see examples of my work, simply contact me via DM or email at hello@brightstar-marketing.com and I will send you a link to view my digital portfolio. I have a few client testimonials in my 'testimonials' highlight and I hope to add more to this soon.

Do you track client analytics?

For social media management and email marketing service packages, I include monthly analytics reporting to ensure that the service provided is effective. Tracking analytics allows me to learn from the data so I can provide a more effective service for you, the client.
